Public policy

Terms of use

These terms govern the public website and use of CanForce1. A separate written agreement may also govern an agency workspace.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

The service

CanForce1 provides staffing operations tools, including worker intake, readiness checks, explainable matching, scheduling, communications, shift events, migration, and integration boundaries. Features may change as the product develops.

CanForce1 is not an employer, staffing agency, payroll provider, legal adviser, or guarantor of employment. A participating staffing agency decides whether to contact, screen, hire, offer work to, or place a worker. Client sites and agencies remain responsible for workplace, employment, safety, compensation, and regulatory duties.

Accounts and private links

Users must provide accurate information, protect their account and private links, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A private application, offer, setup, or shift link is intended only for the person or organization to whom it was issued. Access may be suspended or revoked to protect a person, agency, or the service.

Worker connections and agency listings

Workers control which listed agencies receive a public referral. Sending a referral does not create an employment relationship, guarantee contact, or guarantee work. Agencies must keep their directory profile accurate, use referrals only for legitimate staffing purposes, and provide any additional notices or terms required for their relationship with a worker.

Readiness and matching outputs are decision-support information. They can be incomplete when source records are incomplete and must be reviewed by an authorized person.

Acceptable use

Do not use CanForce1 to:

  • access another person's or agency's records without authorization;
  • upload malware, probe security controls, overwhelm the service, or bypass access restrictions;
  • submit false identities, impersonate another person, or scrape agency or worker information;
  • make discriminatory decisions or use protected characteristics as staffing criteria;
  • collect restricted information through public notes or fields that were not designed for it;
  • reverse engineer vendor systems or use integrations without authorization; or
  • violate employment, privacy, accessibility, anti-spam, intellectual-property, or other applicable law.

Availability and third-party services

The service is provided on an evolving basis. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Authentication, hosting, communications, staffing systems, and other third-party services may have their own terms and outages. Payroll, tax slips, records of employment, and accounting remain outside CanForce1 unless a future written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Responsibility and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the public website and evaluation tools are provided “as is” without a promise that they will produce a placement or business result. Nothing on the public site is professional, legal, employment, tax, safety, or compliance advice.

Any limitation of liability, warranty, indemnity, payment, service level, data processing, or termination terms for a subscribed agency are governed by its written agreement with Roalla. These public terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and Canada, without overriding mandatory laws that apply elsewhere.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply, except where additional notice or consent is legally required.

Questions can be directed through Roalla or, for agency-controlled matters, to the agency responsible for the workspace.
